Inside the Emirates Palace, in respect of the local culture and event policies, please abide by the official dress code, which is

1. Business attire or the traditional Arab national dress during conference hours and throughout the duration of the event, unless differently specified for select meetings.
   
2. Smart casual clothing style or the traditional Arab national dress during leisure time spent inside the Palace.
   
   Kindly refrain from wearing shorts, bermudas, flip flops, open shoes or any other exposing garment.

DEC 2018 is an exclusive event, organized for invited government delegations and VIP guests. All guests, speakers and delegates are requested to preregister formally by the date of RSVP. Limited seating is available for preregistered conference attendees. Please contact the Organizer to request registration conditions as of November 15.
